January 03, 2023
Dear SOCA residents,
As some of you may already know, due to the recent extensive water damage that has occurred at the Clubhouse, the building will be closed indefinitely. As a result, the office staff will be working remotely. Although we will not be onsite, we will be reachable via e-mail during our regular office hours in order to address any questions or concerns you may have. Should you need to speak with either of us on the phone, we ask that you send us an e-mail indicating your desire to communicate with us in this way, along with your phone number and we will try our best to call you the same day.

Sadly, we must reschedule all upcoming events, including our New Year’s Eve celebration. If you have already submitted payment for this or any other January event, your check will be returned to you when the Clubhouse reopens.
We will send out an update on future events at the start of the New Year along with a new calendar. We will also continue to book food trucks and will update you as we book them.
Please email our events coordinator, Christopher Niland, with any event-related questions, concerns or suggestions for off-site SOCA events.
SOCA Day-To-Day Operations:
- Access Devices
Should you need a new or replacement access cards, please be advised that until the Clubhouse is reopened, we will only be issuing access cards for the front gate. There is a charge of $10 for a new card or $15 for a new window strip (checks only made out to SOCA). SOCA only replaces these devices at no cost if they are defective. After your device is activated, we will make arrangements to drop it off with a night guard at the Guardhouse for pickup after 8:00 PM. Please note that you will need to provide your ID to our guard in order to retrieve your device.

Please contact Christy with any SOCA-related questions or concerns and to report any incidents on SOCA Common Areas. Any concerns or issues regarding your home property or the common areas within your condo association are to be directed to a member of your condo association board and/or property manager.
