Snowden Overlook Trash and Recycling Collection Guidelines

Mid-Rise Building:

Recycling – picked up on Monday
Trash – picked up on Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Note:  if collection falls on a holiday, pickup will be done the next business day (if holiday falls on a Friday – Friday’s pickup will be done on Saturday).

Villa-Style Townhome Units:
Recycling – picked up on Monday
Trash – picked up on Wednesday

Notes:

1. All trash and recycling is to be placed at the end of the driveway, by no later than 7am on the day collection is scheduled;
2. If the collection day falls on a holiday, pickup will be done the next business day.

Bulk Trash – the Association does not contract for the regular pickup of any bulk trash or hazardous items.  Owners and residents may contact a local trash hauler or take their bulk trash and hazardous waste items to the Alpha Ridge Landfill (2350 Marriottsville Road, Marriottsville, MD), you may visit the Howard County DPW site using this link for other options – https://www.howardcountymd.gov/Departments/Public-Works/Bureau-Of-Environmental-Services.

Trash/Recycling Totes – are NOT supplied by the Association and owners are responsible to obtain their totes, the size of your trash or recycling tote should not exceed 32 GAL.
