The Snowden Overlook pool season begins during the first week of May* and ends the last week of September. (Pool hours will be listed below closer to pool season). The pool heater is set to keep the water at 84 degrees. See links below for information about rules and reminders.
If you have not already done so in prior years, please go to the Clubhouse Office to register for a pool pass. All residents living at the same address will be eligible for a red Resident Pool Pass. Records will be maintained by household. Each resident who wishes to use the pool must come to the clubhouse in person to register.

Visitor Passes (Single-Use Passes)
Residents can purchase up to 5 white daily visitor passes if they are bringing more than 3 guests. Passes are 1 for $5, 3 for $10.00 or 5 for $25. Residents may use up to five (5) visitor passes per day. Unused passes do not expire. Passes can be purchased from a lifeguard or in the Clubhouse Office on weekdays during regular office hours– checks only, no cash. Please make your check payable to SOCA.
Remember that residents and guests must sign-in. Also, pool basses/badges must be shown to the lifeguard when on duty. (See sidebar for links to information about rules, and hours of operation.)
Anyone that requires assistance getting into the pool should contact the Clubhouse staff to let them know what type of assistance is needed so that the Community can keep a record of that information.
