In a safe and comfortable pace and level to meet your needs, you will stretch, flex and strengthen muscles and joints. In this Chair Yoga class given by a SOCA resident, you will learn various yoga poses, movements, and breath work techniques to bring energy to your body and relaxation to your mind. All levels welcome!

Residents can stay socially connected by hosting a weekly game of mahjongg or poker with their Snowden friends. Start by downloading a game app. Next invite your friends to join you for the weekly game and ask them to download the game app. Use a videoconference app like Zoom to chat with your friends while playing the game.
